Federica Papello (b. 1995) has grown in the restaurant owned by her family, and here starts to work in since she was very young. She's got a huge passion for cooking and quickly improve her skills. She wisely manage the whole staff of her family restaurant ( wich can host up to 150 customers). In 2012 she attends the prestigious coocking school "Cordon Bleu" in Florence, graduating with honors, and immediately she's got the opportunity to teaching in the same school, but her passion and desire to improve her skills lead her to work in the best Italian Starred Restaurants, with workshops with the best Chefs of the whole Italian overview ( Marco Stabile, Marco Sacco, Annie Feolde, Heinz Beck, Filippo Saporito).

Federica always continues to do her job with passion and "Italian" creativity impressing everyone, including great chefs such as Gualtiero Marchesi, wich made her a lot of compliments.
